Food was decent. However, the room was not clean enough, cockroaches were roaming Around. The tariff is on a higher Side

Pathetic rooms full of cockroaches, cockroach in meals and stale food served. Unclean bathroom and unhealthy environment.

I have booked double bed, Hotel given me single bed room. Even service is pathetic

It was horrible to stay in this Hotel. Cockroaches are everywhere in the room. Poor food, care takers boys are coming and sitting to bed for taking orders. Very bad. I strongly recommend not to stay in this Hotel.

Its a really bad experience in this Hotel for such a worst room I paid so much rupees and the food of this hotel is also bad in taste I stay in 8 to 9 hotels from last 4 months in different places but experience is very bad because online hotel shows and after coming in this hotel I see cost of hotel room is much lower.

Poor service from the hotel authority as they behave rudely sometimes. Room was unhygienic as there were cockroaches all around my room.

Food and location is so good and servicing also good.
Room was small, cockroaches and small insect is many, then service charge is too high in my opinion, and it's not fresh smell in room, but bed and mattress is comfort, I like the location too.

Hotel are continuing asking how much paid to MakeMyTrip. This is not a good.

Room was fine, service persons are cooperative, cleanliness is so & location was very nice. I want to recommended to all for budget hotel. Most important think is communication was marvelous to go anywhere from Hotel. So it's good.

Chawlna is a very famous hotel in a competitive price. But in my pleasant stay in this hotel. I found room service was very poor. As result I don't want to recommend any one. Other then room service it's too good, but we people always found good room service..
