very bad maintanence,rooms are dirty,full of cockroaches, food not good nor hygienic, service very bad,approach to the reception is very bad,no one to carry your luggage to the reception, bathroom is very dirty,in fact my overall experience was very bad, will not refer this hotel to any one, really very bad experience.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The hotel rooms were not well maintained including the beds and blankets, there was even no water one day. The rooms booked for higher tariff was worse than rooms provided to walkin clients with much lower tariff and for same size. Only the food was good. Will never recommend to stay in hotel chief

soloFood is good but little costly. good thing was that I got roti and subji as per North Indian style. blanket is thin and hence you have to wear sweater or jacket while sleeping so that you can protect yourself from cold. further, toilet condition is not good, flush is not working properly
