Hotel Chief

It was very nice,in main part of Mizoram and I specially appreciate the cleanliness of the Hotel.

very bad maintanence,rooms are dirty,full of cockroaches, food not good nor hygienic, service very bad,approach to the reception is very bad,no one to carry your luggage to the reception, bathroom is very dirty,in fact my overall experience was very bad, will not refer this hotel to any one, really very bad experience.

Was looking for a pocket friendly stay in central Aizawl until I found this. Easily accessible from everywhere.

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Chief. The friendly attitute of the manager and staff made it feel like home. There is a bit of renovations to be done but would definitely stay again.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Stayed here for a night.It is centrally located. Helpful staff and one of the best Indian food in Aizawl.

Good location. Value for money. Clean and foods are delicious. Staffs are polite and all understand Hindi.

it was a good and comfortable stay! the view from the balcony was amazing. the food was delicious. the main Market area is just 2 mins walking.

Could've been amazing if it wasn't for the spring mattress. But had a good stay there.

Room is not well maintained no complimentry water provided by hotel, bathroon is also not proper hygiene also hotel is also not proper clean.

Running water not available on first night, geyser was not working as well. Had to change the room for next night. Food was good though. 4

The hotel rooms were not well maintained including the beds and blankets, there was even no water one day. The rooms booked for higher tariff was worse than rooms provided to walkin clients with much lower tariff and for same size. Only the food was good. Will never recommend to stay in hotel chief

Located at a prime location in aizawl city, hotel chief has some very polite staffs & service. Food is also good.

Food is good but little costly. good thing was that I got roti and subji as per North Indian style. blanket is thin and hence you have to wear sweater or jacket while sleeping so that you can protect yourself from cold. further, toilet condition is not good, flush is not working properly

The room is ok but bathroom is too small

I was good. Their food was delicious. But the deluxe room which i booked was a little bit smaller than i expected. And the ventilator were no curtains which is a privacy concern. Over all it was a good experience.

Hotel is good. Stuff behavior is fantastic and they are very helpful. Balcony view was awesome. Only thing is that renovation is required to their toilets and rooms. Furniture is also old and need to replace. Overall room, furniture and designs are basic and old fashion. . But toilet and room was clean. No. Its fine. Lastly food was also good. They arranged customize food for me. Thats very nice.
