Hotel Regency

We visited Aizawl for a family trip and stayed in Hotel Regency for 4 days. Here is our feedback: Pros: 1) Rooms are comfortable, spacious and cleaned everyday 2) Room service is prompt and the staff is polite, responsive and CoOperative 3) The restaurant serves all north Indian (veg/nonveg) dishes Cons: 1) The rooms on the road-side are noisy due to traffic so, ensure to exclude these rooms while booking 2) Hotel staff hardly understand Hindi but are well-versed in English so, speak in English as far as possible.

Location wise very convenient, Amenities also really nice, services including staff very satisfactory and co-operative. The staff were polite, hospitality is good, the rooms are clean. There was a glitch with my booking. I prepaid for a room but on arrival, there was no room available. It took a while as the guy at reception was not well versed with such scenarios. However all was solved after some time. Overall a good stay at the Hotel Regency

A decent place staying with family in the heart of Aizawl City. The staff were friendly with all the true facilities of a 3* Hotel Regency. stayed in a two bedded room with my child. on request they provided an extra bed. complementary breakfast were also good. I'll recommend this Hotel Regency with 10/10 points.

We stayed 3 nights in junior suite. Rooms are excellent, neat and clean with sufficient space. Restaurant is very good with nicely prepared meals. Front desk people are helpful. Location is good. Over-fall it’s a great experience

Stay, location is good, breakfast need to improve. Staff are wel behave. And my friend had a fever at night they provide us antipyretics which was readily available at the counter for free

Very cozy stay with beautiful rooms and very nice hospitality. Their restaurant is pretty nice. Very clean rooms and Hotel Regency amd extremely well located. The staff is very helpful.

Room was small but clean. Housekeeping was good and the food was delicious. Hotel is located in the main market area and taxis are easily available.

Nice and hygienic. Food quality is also good. They also take care of your arrival, outing and leaving communication. They arrange everything and it feels good.

Hotel regency is in a good location for aizawl town. Food is good enough compare to the availability of products. Bathroom could be better

Hotel regency was generally very good. Food was good, not very spicy. Staff was courteous. They managed my airport transfers at nominal market prices. Hotel has good laundry service.
