Review Of EDM Hostel

This was my 3rd stay at this property and the last. 1. I booked, and for any previous stays I have never paid extra for the party experience which they surprisingly charge 700 per person, and no where in the voucher or any of the disclaimer is this mentioned that additional charges are collected for the event. 2. Untrained staff. the receptionist claim that service tax is mandatory in Himachal. You really need to understand, people come here to experience something unique that you aspired to give certainly people with random claim wasn't your vision for sure. Kindly look into your staffing who are up there just to make your experience pathetic. 3. Hospitality at its worst. After all these series of event I honestly went to share my feedback, but the receptionist has the following to answer me. "THIS BUSINESS WILL KEEP ON TO RUN", inconvenience of people like you doesn't matter to us. Now, to the management, you may have got an interesting concept (really appreciable of this), it won't take you long to loose this all at once. You are in hospitality industry and good service is the heart of it. 4. Bedding with the staff. During this stay we were sleeeping with a shared dorm with the bouncer staff I mean I haven't paid to stay with the hotel staff in my room CONSIDERING ALL THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE, SUGGESTION IS TO AVOID THIS PLACE.

The staff was non cooperative

The stay was exactly how I needed my detox trip to feel like, no noise pollution, beautiful weather and energies, tastiest food in the hills! Beautiful nature to see from the property! The bathrooms were clean and rooms were spacious and quipped with everything one might need and the staff along with the owners were helpful and humble also available when needed!
