3 star is the se worst than a hostle
The room booked was not given first. The next room up keeping was bed. The bathroom door didn’t even close, without my permission staff cleaned my room when my luggage was not even packed. Cleanliness of towel is very bad I need to ask 2 times to get the towels. Breakfast was absolutely lousy. I have almost paid and standard was not even up to the level of hostel

Terrible Stay
Worst experience. There was nothing in the bathroom like brush, shaving kit & comb. Towel was only 1. Cloths given for dry cleaning were wet. My shirt got stained. I asked for puri & buffet guy insisted have of puris kept which was already got soggy. Will never recommend anyone this hotel.

Worst experience, Avoid stay here
Pathetic stay. With such a high cost the drinking water in room was normal tap water. Very poor Wi-Fi connection which was not improved even after complain. Room doors to hard. Average food with waiting time which never ends. TV connection not working.

property location is good. food is good have non working electric kettle but replace d by good on request immediately. locker fridge is missing. breakfast is good. room service is good.

Felt unsafe, unclean. Badly maintained property.
The property is badly maintained. Faucets were leaking, washroom barely had space and was so dirty that i didnt even want to go inside. I believe women would not be comfortable staying in a property like this. I killed a cockroach in the room and only then did they agree to change rooms. The new room they gave had a bathtub which had rusted parts and was clearly not cleaned. There was a group of men next to my room who kept their door open, were loud a d were drinking, stinking up the entire floor. Would never stay in a property like this again. Absolutely horrible experience.
