Terrible. Worst experience from mm t for the first time one hour waited at reception of hotel, he was asking for payment directly while i have already paid to mmt. He was not ready to talk to mm t executive over phone also. Such a rude behavior cant tolerate. Already the reviews available are negative. Mm t shall discontinue this hotel. They did not give any room

Its a bitter experience in my whole life, i booked a doublebed ac room for a single occupancy with breakfast. They provide me a non ac single-bed room. Without breakfast. After this i am thinking about make my trip.

My worst stay at any hotel. I had booked a deluxe room for 2 adults. As I checked in alone he tried to give me a single bed room when I told him that I booked a deluxe room he said he didn't have any available and will try to get me a room by 8:00 PM. (mind you I was checking in @2 pm which is 2 hrs past the check in time. I adjusted to that and requested if he can make it little early as I was tired and wanted to rest. Luckily he got the room ready by 4 so i shifted to the new room. There was no towel or soap in the room so I asked for it. The attendant came and tried to give me a dirty, used and smelly towel which I refused and asked him to provide me with a fresh one. He said that they didn't have any and will provide by evening. Around 9 when I was stepping out of the hotel I once again asked him for a towel and that the air conditioning wasn't working, the owner was there and he said that he had it enough and will not be able to entertain any of my demands (asking for air-conditioning which was part of the booking and fresh towel were demands as per him. Then again he started with the conversation that how I haven't paid anything to him and I am at his mercy. I calmly tried to explain it to him that I have paid the money and if he has any concerns Then the guy told me that if I want I can check out and he will not provide with a towel or switch on the a/c. Which he didn't do for the 2 days stay i had reserved the room for. My feedback kindly avoid this property at all time because of the owner. Secondly, there is a bar right next to it which plays loud music till 2 AM so you wouldn't be able to get good sleep. About the room, the linen was not clean the bed sheets and pillow covers were fine but I doubt they cleaned the pillow or blanket. (PS: I didn't use the pillow or blanket provided, they did not have clean/filtered water available. The toilet and wash basin wasn't clean and had accumulated dirt and stains. As regards to room cleanliness would give it 1.5/5.

No air conditioning working and no response to customer
