its average stay. bedspread and towels are not bright clean. value for money. location wise its in a good place. no nearby restaurants or eatery, at least you have to go 1 km or else you have to Swiggy. breakfast included shows while booking but no breakfast being served at the hotel.

not friendly staff, not enough big rooms, not so good water , arrogant staff, receptionist, didn't allowed delivery person on the floor, had to go down to collect the order

Nice and clean facilities. Could have included food. Tv not working. Wifi coverage poor, it kept disconnecting

No disturbance, calm place and good stay

I was a solo traveller and the room was big enough for me. The TV was not working properly. They asked me the purpose of stay, felt weird because never before I was asked that question elsewhere but since mine was work didn’t have any issues and I had to give my company ID card. I don’t know what they will ask couples 😁

Pro: within budget, neat clean washroom con: far from market, bedsheet n pillows are not clean enough requied ofc id including aadhar for check-in askef they are only providing rooms to couple, no solo user

Makemytrip has the worst customer service. I was denied checkin at my booked hotel. And i was left stranded in hyderabad with no place to go. And no one from mmt helped me to get any hotel. I did not get a property switch. I was just given a refund to my booking. Nothing else. The customer service of mmt is pathetic. No empathy at all. And if rooms are booked for a hotel, why would you allow to make a booking. I was left alone at 4 am in hyderabad and i did not get any support from the customer service of mmt.

Bed sheets are full of dirty spots and smell bad. I have checked out a day before.

Rooms are not adequate, as shown in mmt portal. For those rooms are at different tarriff.
