Worst management, no water, no clean, and no ac, totally i disappointed, they talk to rashly and taken over chargers.

I was denied by the management and i was asked to cancel the booking, finally collected extra amount and allotted non ac instead of ac room

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, and the service was excellent.

They will ask you to pay upfront even if you have paid. They will make you pay almost double the price. The place is also very poorly kept and the bathrooms were leaky with broken toilets

Wrongly charged price good location close to airport but rooms not clean and ac not working go only if very urgent and no other option

i already paid them for one night stay. but they took money on checkin.. and when i said no they said you can leave you wont get the room.. they were rude and arogent..

The hotel manager told that we are not giving any offered prices. I don’tknow how much u paid again pay for me the actual room cost. I was in a rush and unable to find new one at that odd timings i don’t find any other way there and paid him again. This is*ridiculous* at this hotel. There no value for makemytrip booking. So i request to makemytrip to black list this hotel from future bookings.

not stayed in that hotel as they demanded double price for the room . please don't pay them money and give me refund . i had already informed oyo people same night. they (oyo) said that they had mailed you regarding that i had not stayed there .

At the time of booking, total amount was paid. But after stay, they told to pay rs 400 more and noon e was ready to. Listen. Even breakfast was mentioned and not provided.

Not as shown in pics. Rooms are dirty. Mattresses are worst. Pillow was worst. Toilets were not clean. Did not accept the amount paid. Received 300- extra.
