Review Of Durga Residency

We stayed here for one night. After check-in, we left our belongings in the room and went to the temple. When we returned around 10 PM, we expected the extra bed we were promised for our 3-sharing booking, but it was not provided until after we argued with the staff. The extra bed was in very poor condition, the pillow was wet, and the room itself was not clean. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. If you are planning to stay with family, I would recommend choosing another hotel.

one of the worst staff I have ever seen in my life is very rude behaviour with senior people and we come to this place for peace or devotional mood here they make the choice to the money

Bathroom and mirror is not good

1) not provide Towels. 2) AC working but no Cool. 3) have a Hot water but it’s came just 5 AM to 6 AM only. 4) once get in into room workers asked me give money.

Nice place to stay very near to railway station service's are on point and the staff is also polite. Food can be ordered from outside because there are no in-house facilities. overall very good stay for solo travelers

If you ask a waiter to do some work then they charge you more or forcefully ask for tips from you, like begging

The Hotel is okay . It is located very near to the railway station and bus station at a walkable distance . The hotel was somewhat old . If ur primary purpose is to freshen up and sleep at night .It is a decent stay for that price of 1300/- . The only issue is the hotel was quite old and the washrooms were not that great . It just fulfills our purpose .

My stay at Durga Residency was extremely disappointing and one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The manager was extremely rude and lacked basic manners while speaking to guests. Despite informing the hotel in advance that we would check out by 10 AM, they started disturbing us from 7 AM, knocking on the door multiple times and pressuring us to leave. We had returned from Tirupati Darshan early in the morning at 5 AM, exhausted and in need of rest. Shockingly, the hotel turned off the AC at 8 AM without any notice. To make things worse, the room that was shown to us at the time of booking was completely different from the one we received after payment. The staff even threatened to charge us for a full extra day unnecessarily. Overall, this stay was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend Durga Residency to anyone visiting Tirupati.

The room was dirty, bedsheets and blankets had stains on them. The bathroom condition was even worse, dirty pot, broken jet, no shower and taps and mirror condition were pathetic. There was no hygiene in the hotel itself. Staff was asking for money all the time even though the service was poor. One of the staff dropped us into our room and asked for money, I gave him 50rs then he is asked if we want any tea/coffee so I asked for coffee. He took 50rs for that and the coffee we got was spoiled. There was plenty of staff but still no hygiene in the hotel, even in the corridor itself. My stay there was a nightmare for me. I strongly suggest others don't go there, Rooms are not like it's shown in the picture.

I am writing this review after staying here for almost 5 days. Pros :- 1. Situated near Railway station. Cons :- 1. Staff behaviour is not good. 2. Drinking water facility is not available. After giving you 2 bottles during you checkin. They are asking for 30rs. per bottle (infact they doesn't give you the bottle of cold water). They just put out the bottle from carton and give it to you. 3. No cleaning facility available. 4. Tea & coffee is too horrible, and Rs. 25 per coffee or tea LOL. 5. No change in bedsheet even in five days also. 6. There is a television, but it has no recharge available.

First of all the language barriers They trouble to understand hindi or english..when speaked to them they start talking in their..language..you should understand that we are from other indian states...So in india you should know atleast learn our national language hindi....U told everywere that you are literate but how could you tell yourself literate if you can't connect with peoples.....Instead of that everything was fine food lodging.........
