The owner & staff were very rude they asked me extra & made me pay that money. Housekeeping staff was also very rude just showing attitude & arrogancy & shouted at me

Cockroaches was there in cub board and owner requested more money

Very bad behaviour by the receptionist charged extra amount saying as GST even after showing the booking . never gonna recommend this place to anyone neither going back there as well . worst ambience

The hotel requested an additional 12% gst from the customer, despite the fact that everything had already been paid through makemytrip. After discussing the issue with the owner, he waived the extra charge and allowed the stay without payment. It’s better for hotels to clearly inform customers in advance if any additional fees are required upon check-in. Not taken

When we come to the hotel they are asking to us pay more charges

When u go for check in they take 12% extra charge in the name of “gst” which is not mentioned anywhere before the booking and the room service was terrible and very small rooms not as shown as in pics

Absolutely wonderful experience! everything was fantastic.

Horrible experience. 1) right at check in, i was told your booking is not confirmed. 2) after showing all the details of booking and wasting 30mins, i was given a substandard room which did not have main amenities promised like 1) a/c or ceiling fan 2) size of the room was half of what was shown/mentioned. 3) no water in the morning. 4) basic things like soap, towels we had to go down and ask everytime. 5) more importantly they told we are giving you this room, you take it or leave it. As if they are doing. A favour on me.
