Desert tulip jaisalmer bad experience
We stayed for a day in desert tulip- 3 rooms. The hotel rooms were unclean, bathrooms were smelling and dirty. Rooms were dingy. There was no hot water to bath and the room intercom was not working. Food was price and below average. The receptionist was very unfriendly. Altogether bad experience and must say the worst hotel we stayed in rajasthan and one of the most expensive. The hotel property was nice with good landscaping

Property is good but not well maintained. No hot water in bathroom.

Location food nad hygiene
Location - good, food - bad, hygiene -ok. Chef is not good, rest of the things are good, crockery in the room ie glass and cups were cracked, had to get them replaced

Nice location
Just 2 km away from railway station, in a seclude area which is away from city hustle.

Average Stay
Property is clean and big. Rooms are big but with low light and old accessories. Exterior of property are good. Food rates are slightly high and taste is average. Over all a clean property. Don't expect a 4/5 start kind of experience

The room service was not good as we didn’t get our roomed cleaned even after saying thrice.

Poor Stay
This hotel is usually booked for weddings. So if you go as a couple or family, it is not a good choice. The noise of flutes, dhol, etc. Is very irritating. During our visit, the entire hotel was deserted on day 1. There were just a few guests. On day 2, they were building up a pandal for a wedding which was too noisy, music check, too noisy, too many people all of a sudden and loud music for the wedding. Both days were exactly opposite. This hotel is outside jaisalmer city, not at all in the center. If you have a car, great. Else, every restaurant is 4 to 5 kms away. The room is nice and clean, breakfast was good. It is a non veg restaurant.

A well made resort, but poorly maintain
A well equipped resort, but all amenities except pool not functional. Room a/c and toilet were not functional at time of checkin. They repair after check-in. We did get room up gradation but with same issue, our 70% time spent in getting repair the non functional or damage utilities.

Very bad hospitality
No hospitality, had requested at check in for a room on lower / ground floor as we had senior citizens with us. The rooms were free but were not made available. Room service was horrible. Had to call 5 times to reception and house keeping to get 2 extra blankets which took them 1.5 hours to deliver. Food served in restaurant was cold when ordered fresh. Had to call reception several times for tea, coffee, milk sachet to be refilled in room. No WiFi during entire stay. We were told by staff at reception that "rooms on your side don't get WiFi as its weak" :(no value for money.

A good property with average services
coupleSo I was here for one full day and my overall stay was an average one. Starting with the room, the bathroom was not cleaned and couple of switches were not working. TV was not working on day 1 and day 2 as well. The room services were slow. The complementary tea bags and kettle were missing at first place and I had to ask for it. Linen and upholstery was good. I got it for a price a night and it was not at all value for money. So not happy and hence an average stay. Breakfast was very okeyish.
