Location is very good, beyond the heavy dust inside the town. Room was clean and the reception staff are very courteous and friendly. Food is very good in the restaurant of the hotel. The persons in the restaurant are very friendly. It was a pleasure to stay in the hotel.

Best hotel for this cheap price. They provided complimentary break fast also in his own vegetarian restarent with multiple choice of we can ordered as our wish. In house bar also very good. Worth for money

Staff was in a confused stay as their system is not digitalised, and not aware how many rooms are booked, etc. So they made me wait for a long time as I booked online saying they have many other guests who had booked before me and then will decide which room to give me, etc. They were humble people but I felt not organised at all. The service was good. Rooms are average, just like any lodge nothing special for that price they are charging. Only because of their auditorium they are getting bookings and so they don't care of solo/business travellers and as long as there are mass bookings for the events I think.

It's a pretty old property. Not so clean. Intercom didn't work. No wifi. Shocked to note published tariff was lesser than the make my trip tariff. Very much disappointed.

Best hotel to stay in a small place like Ranipet. Very good and co-operative staff. Their restaurant is excellent and provides good quality break-fast and other food items.
