Poor Stay
Bad experience, instead of room 2 wood-an tam-bu is provided with unhygienic condition. But i have done payment of deluxe room.

One of my worst experience, pathetic
Unsanitary and unhygienic hotel. blood stained bed sheets and dirty linen. The hotel is nothing like the pictures that are shownNot even worth 500rs, Dirty towels, un co-operative staff.

Pathetic service
There are many amenities added while we book. But in reality there is nothing which match them. You have to call them 10 times to get one service. No wifi, no tv, no good night, no toilet paper and so on. The food quality is fine but not worth the money you pay. Do not ask for tea as they charge 30/cup but it will be tasteless. Rest it is very far from bhimtal and the amount they charge per night is not even match the property.

Nice hotel at very reasonable price
After searching lot of hotels I stumbled upon this. Some had given negative reviews but things were quite the opposite. The staff behavior was very nice and cooperative. I had booked 2 suites at very discounted price. The hotel has ample parking space and is located at very nice place. The food was also quite nice. They also provided us with bonfire, where we danced and ate.

Great vacation! Thanks to the Resort
They have an amazing play area for kids and while they play we can click amazing pictures. The cottages were beautiful and clean. The serenity of the place is amazing.

Pathetic hotel room, very small and full of mosquitoes, very expensive in comparison to what we get in hotel, room rent should not be of more, and its name is Damyanti residency not hotel and resort.
