There was no security at the main entrance gate when we reached in the night. Do not provide a bath towel until you ask. No senior person in the hotel. Staff is not co-operative. You will get only two menus in the breakfast. Rooms need better maintenance. Hotel location is far away from the city.

I stayed in the resort on 21 May 2025 with complementary breakfast. After just check in, we found that there were umpteen insects in the room. They didn't keep the towels inthe room and on asking they told the towels are wet and will give next day. when we insisted, they gave half dry towel. After some time their AC start showing some error. Thanks to rainy weather, we could sleep without it. Morning was more horrible than night. They just offered Misal Pav with Tea/ coffee as complementary breakfast. They are just looting on the name of complementary breakfast. I complaint the same to MMT customer care. Mr Manish from MMT tried his level best but the hotel staff was adamant and rude. After Manish's 3rd call the hotel staff brought the upma in a box and tried to give me as if he is doing a favour for me which I didnt accept. Please ignore/ avoid such a waste property (for which I paid Rs 3300) for below reasons 1. untidy/ unhygienic rooms 2. Non functional AC 3. No Tea Bags/ coffee pouch in the rooms 4. fake complementary breakfast (just a loot) 5. poorly maintained swimming pool 6. waterpark is small and cost of Rs 750 is very higher side if you compare it with Imagica or similar ( as Imagica charge little higher (around 1000+) but has lots of activities. 7. Location: it is situated very far from the city at secluded place nothing is nearby.

I had booked two rooms from MMT and chose the slot of 24 hrs wherein we have to checkout as per the checkin time but they asked us to leave the property by 11 am. And they provided poha,upma and tea only. Not a good experience.

this is my second visit to this property in 2 months and i must say both times it's a wonderful experience. nice and clean premises and rooms. The staff is very helpful. The food is good but it would be better if they provide authentic malvani, marathi food too. property also has a small waterpark which is fun for kids but it would be nice if they offer some concession to those who have booked the lodging and want to enjoy the waterpark. overall we loved it.

excellent property. nice and clean and modern. just one suggestion, people booking stay should have entry to water sport area either complimentry or with some discount. this is not right to charge full entry fee for such people with lodge booking at your property.also as you are situated in konkan so malvani local food should be available in restaurant

Very good rooms, garden view is very good from rooms. Restaurant food is good but no ac in restt. Water park is good. Value for money.

Poor management. Worst service. Bad hygiene. Nice location, good property. Good food. Owner has invested good money to build the property. But chosen third class team to run it. They will certainly ruin it if continued in this way

Excellent stay. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. It's half an hour by road from chiplun railway station. Cooperative and friendly staff. Restaurants is open from morning 9 am to 11:00 pm and they serve yummy food. You can just relax with blissful nature around the property or have fund at their waterpark.
