It's a good place to stay, has no disturbance, calm environment, hardly 20 mtrs from sea. It feels homely as well

We checked in on 2nd January 2022, for one night. First of all, the lady who was at the reception (i guess the owner), was very very rude. She gave us one room, but due to flush issue in washroom, we politely asked her to change our room. After that, she started shouting and behaved rudely, and starting talking to each other in their own language in a typically insulting tone. After insisting, she gave us another room, which was terrible. Bedsheet had stains, no proper facility and the washroom was pathetic. It smelled like public toilet, and seemed like was not cleaned for many days. Don't waste your money for this resort. Infact there are many great resorts in same price range in a near vicinity with great facilities. Avoid staying here.

Good: 1) access to private clean beach 2) peaceful location 3) good breakfast (only breakfast is available here) 4) nice garden not good: 1) no wifi in room. Wifi only available at reception. 2) no lunch and dinner facilities 3) frequent power cuts and owner has to be intimated to turn on back up manually. 4) rooms are old modelled. Don't expect hifi facilities.

If someone wants to stay without any need of owners support for WiFi, tv, room spray, water, food. For anything I ask for from the resort owner - I get the same answer not available, I’ll not give. I booked the resort with meal, but they did not provide it.

Very nice hotel to check in. Rooms are good and hygienic and is very close to beach (it's almost in the beach. Value for money. The owner of the property is very good and cooperative. Totally it's good property

Cross Bill Resort, very neat & clean room, spacious bathroom, a/c, fridge. Flexibility of check-in check out. Nice hearted people.

Lovely place. N the best part is that it's Beach facing. Spectacular view. Coconut trees. Safe n clean place with amazing lady host

You can enjoy sunrise direct from this resort.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Room cleaning was not in time. Staff behaviour was not upto expectations. There should be big freezer in the hotel. Hotel owner was very professional and was demanding extra for extra mattress despite of charging the room rent for 2 adults and 2 children.

This Resort have a private Beach. Great for spend times.
