We used to reserve this property for Christmas 45 days ago, and we received a message confirming our reservation. I recently gave the property manager a call two days ago to ask a few questions. However, I was taken aback when the manager informed me that the reservation was made by someone else from Booking.com and wasn't in my name. Hearing that, I was taken aback. Why would two distinct guests book the same house on the same days? He promised to call me from the CozyVilla office. However, I never received a call from their office. In order to resolve this matter, I choose to contact customer service. After speaking with the property office over the phone, customer service informed them that my reservation had been verified. I'm glad. In order to obtain confirmation from CozyVillas, I called their office. They promised to give me another property a kilometer distant (an additional drive). I was unhappy, but since I just had one day left before the trip, I had no other option. They gave the explanation that there is an issue with the booking program on their end. CozyVillas made a huge error, and it appears to be happening again because another visitor posted his review of a related problem Except for the kitchen, which is restricted because it is used by their staff and the cook, the property looked precisely like the pictures that were advertised. Alright. The staff at CozyVillas was courteous and kind, which we liked.

There is a bonfire that costs extra. Why we didn't like CozyVillas CozyVillas made a mistake that caused the booking turmoil, yet they insisted that I was fortunate to have this villa. They seem to be doing me a favor by lowering the price I pay for the property. They are well aware of how many people will be arriving on the first day. However, I had to plead for the towels because they retained fewer of them. We departed for sightseeing on the second day and returned at 5 p.m. The towels were not kept after the rooms were cleaned. When I inquired, they replied that they were awaiting the laundry towels. Therefore, until it arrived, we were unable to take a shower. No extra towels, then. absurd. There is no hot water coming from the sink in any of the rooms. However, the taps include a hot/cold feature. Every room has shaky washbasin taps. Not every room had functioning electrical plugs. I'm curious how long this property has been in this condition. Nobody filed a report? In every room without a kettle or functional electrical plugs, there were sugar, tea, and coffee dips accessible. Just a display case, then? There is a refrigerator in the hallway, but it is not powered. Particularly in the Ooty, hot tea can be improved without the use of dips. There is no drinking water available. They did supply tap water (no RO water) upon request. The personnel had to be woken up for tea in the morning. My child's arm was resting on the broken dining chair seat, and she was on the verge of falling. Basic necessities like as drinking water, towels, a kettle, glass tumblers, and functional electrical plugs cannot be requested by visitors. Periodically, management must check the property to make sure visitors are getting what they need We guess that this property is suitable for individuals who enjoy alcohol and have fun after seeing everything that occurred over the course of the two days and reading the reviews.
