Had a comfortable stay. The entire staff were very courteous and welcoming. My family enjoyed the buffet and special thanks for Abhishek and the restaurant staff for accommodating my vegetarian food without online and garlic

The hotel is located in the middle of the city, the market is nearby, the hotel staff is very well behaved, everyone talks with a smile, the food is delicious. Overall the hotel is very good. We remember the time spent here.

Staying experience at Coutyard Marriot Shillong was awesome.. Enjoyed every moment.. The rooms were beautiful n spacious.. AC n running water in bathroom service was nice.. Breakfast meal was tasty with too many items in d menu. Found the hospitality of Executive Chef Mr Nilutpal Bora from Tinsukia very warming.. Reception staff were pleasant.. Room service of the staff was also good. Overall we had a nice experience.. Would love to go back again.

beautiful property. luxurious stay. humble staff. nice view both at Sunrise and Sunset. You can just come to Shillong and stay at this property and relax. Is good for both family and couples. Smiles of the staff members are infectious which adds to the vibe of the property. The morning flute at breakfast is memorable and just make you at peace . Awesome Shillong weather adds to the already beautiful property. Must stay

The location is very convenient especially when purpose is for attending concert in Jawaharlal Nehru stadium as its walkable distance from the hotel.Breakfast buffet is delicious.It has a good lobby and the rooms are very clean

The property is exceptionally well maintained, with spotless rooms that reflect great attention to cleanliness. The breakfast spread was generous and offered a wide variety of delicious options. Its location right next to the city market is incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a truly memorable experience!

It was an amazing experience! Right from when we had entered we were greeted with warm smiles and a refreshing drink. All the staff members were very courteous and friendly. We also got small flowers decorated on our bed which was very pretty. The food was amazing and they had quite exciting offers as well that really made our day. Overall we had a very lovely stay here.

We had amazing stay at Marriott Shillong. Good clean rooms... good food... Great service by Holyland and Chef Kalpesh. Would surely visit again.

location is excellent..but food is not..neither hospitality...would prefer vivanta in next trip...anyways give 7 out of 10
