Good Rooms at an affordable price ,Neet and clean Rooms and good cusservice

Good hotel and comfortable stay staffs are friendly very close range temple

bathroom closet was broken, small congested room, Ac was not cooling fast. no drinking water in room. Cleanliness was average, hotel staff was friendly. good attitude

Non friendly approach. Second floor accommodation while other floors were empty. Otherwise okay

If was very bad. Only one guy was good. Others were bad, the owner was harsh towards everybody, they were talking to the clients in a harsh and sarcastic way

Reached at 3 pm stayed construction work was going on in the building. Full of dust. Cocroaches in and out the bed. Cud not sleep. No blanket

The stay was totally a disaster. This is a very old building with no facilities. It's a low class lodge not a hotel. Without any maintenance. Very unhygienic bathrooms. No plugpoints. Broken tables. At-least 100 year old bed. Broken electrical wiring. Don't know how mm t claim this as a two star hotel. Very pathetic situvation. There is only two staff one receptionist and a housekeeping boy. Both are unsupportive. No towel no supplays even no water to drink.

1. Reception person not to given room in time and his waiting for giving room we are waiting up to 1 hour. 2. Working staff are saying please sepak in malayalam. 3. Room condition is worsted like rs 200 room better than documentary room. Worsted hospitality

The property is located in the centre of the city. The property can be easily accessible.

hot water is not there. even if we explicitly asked at reception. no one is there to respond as expected. i don't get hot water. even the mattress is not of that good quality. there's no value proposition for the amount i paid and the service i got. tv 📺 is also not given

Good location, ambient parking space, well behaved staffs. Following covid protocol, bigger rooms.

I had booked this place for my parents and from what i heard the staffs are really friendly. They also gave an early check in and had a good experience
