the experience was good, the people were polite and the room was neat and clean, air flowing rooms were good, bathroom was neat and clean

Average Stay
The experience wasn't bad but we had a hard time looking for the hotel as there was no name board. The room was clean and cozy and the wifi was good.

Budget friendly
Facilities can be improved, not even fans are there. Tv is not working. No cameras. Geyser is also not there. Suitable when there is a need to stay for one day or one night for any emergency work.

No major issues
The service is good and the people managing the reception are friendly. They help with the requests. There was a leakage in the bathroom. Hopefully they will fix it.

Terrible Stay
i regretted staying at that hotel, checked out two days early, still awaiting refund from oyo ( on account of the early check-out, false advertising, unhygienic conditions and absence of any complimentary services.

Worst staying
The staffs are polite and helpful. But they don't come for cleaning in a regular basis. We had to force them to clean the rooms. The quilts are dirty.

Horrible experience
familyAs soon as we entered the room we were shocked to See the room there were insects all Around, bed linens and pillow covers were very very dirty. When I asked the staff to change it (which they did), they replaced it with even more dirty covers. After speaking to them I understood that the owner of the Hotel does not provide the clean towels, bed covers, pillow covers etc. Very often. Most of the time these are used for many days (even if the guests are changing). There was no running hot water in the room!

Tiara Hotel is one of the worst hotels
familyMy experience was terrible over here, ac was not working at all, the rooms are in dilapidated and boggy condition, also they are too small. I staff was very rude. I would suggest not to book this Hotel at all. This was experienced.

Feel bad
The Hotel rooms are not clean ac will leak the water inside the room. Room is not spacious. But easily located the Hotel.

Satisfactory
Rooms were good for this budget, spacious and arranged. After booking in make my trip, the Hotel guy asks to pay extra amount. That to double the amount, which is not good. They will tell rooms are not available now already full. Then if we pay double, automatically they will find empty rooms. How come? Not satisfactory from the receptionist Side.

Decent stay
Nothing great about the Hotel rooms. There were bedbugs in the room. The telephone and internet service inside the room was not working. The staff was friendly and polite though.
