Average Stay
the stay was below average, like the staff present at the day time was friendly but at night the staff was very rude and wasn’t helping, we required sheets and called the reception but they took around 1.5-2 hrs(the tike was around 1130pm), and i had to go to the reception to request for around 3-4 times, even the drinking water was chargeable which i’ve never seen in any other hotel. the door knobs of bathrooms were broken from inside, you can go in but can’t get out if you don’t have anyone outside to open the door. the taps in the bathroom was also broken, the sheets weren’t fresh and there were some bad smell as well.. that’s it from my side sir😊

Solo stay at hotel
soloThis hotel has worst possible staff one can expect. Staff is not at all cooperative, I had to call MMT twice in a single day. I reached hotel early at 7:30 am and for early check in they charged me almost high additional of the original tariff, as per MMT prescribed standards at can be low. They my booking was for 2X category room, but I was provided 1X, even after complaining and MMT’s intervention it was not upgraded. Thereafter, finally when I entered the room bed sheets, pillows and blanket were extremely dirty, AC was not working, bathroom exhaust was broken and etc.

Good stay overall
All services are good but location is different as shown on MMT. Stay was very pleasant.

Very small room and also cleanness concern
familyWe had booked three classic room and out of three two were very small which was not shown in their picture, I asked manager to change the room but he in vain. Breakfast is not good and cleanness also major concern.

Light also like, room light and charging plug point were not both side. Telephone working was not good.
When I'm coming in Amritsar next time stay here.
