Everything nice I enjoyed the stay

Actually no room service.The receptionist came from bar.Entered the details as per Aadhar card. Obtained the signature.Handed over the key of room number 206 instead of allotted room asper register 208.No other service

This place is totally bad. The service here is completely bad, and there is no proper receptionist. There is no breakfast and hot water facility.

The room was satisfactory, but the service was extremely poor. There was no staff available to take food orders, and guests had to go downstairs to the restaurant, only to wait indefinitely for a busy service person who may or may not show up. The booking mentioned complimentary breakfast, but upon checking in, there was no such facility available, especially in the morning when no staff were around. When i asked the manager, he simply directed me to a nearby cafeteria, which felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and i would not recommend this place to anyone.

Initially, the hotel staff was confused about the booking and almost denying check-in. It worked only after a conversation with the general manager. After which, there is no one in the hotel for any service or even help. I stayed with my aged parents, and no one was available for anything, even a cup of tea or hot water. For 3 days, we stayed like left alone in a deserted mansion, with literally no one around. Except their bar, nothing else is functioning there and no staff for anything. Note, the rooms were good and clean, but located on are in 3rd floor with no lift. My aged parents had toughtime climbing the stairs up and down. The security won't open the main door unless it's bar timing, so they had to climb one more floor to basement. Breakfast is for namesake. It's in the hospital canteen in the next compound. Please stay away if you want to have a pleasant stay.

There was lot of confusion in the rates. I have already paid amount as per rates in mm t which was including breakfast. But the hotel person did not accept that. They force me pay to additional amount to stay at their hotel. According to them they did not get proper payment from mmt. As it was very late, i am forced to stay there by paying additional amount in a non ac room in which i have already booked for an ac room. These types of issues will make lot of confusions at hotel premises in which we already paid for that. This is the first time that i am encountered such a bad experience.

Good serving and room except bath towels
