No towel no hot water no drinking water was provided i had to purchase it from outside. Only good point it is big rooms

Heater doesnt work in a city like bangalore where the temperature is very low. Had to take a chill bath. Also saw a inner wear of someone in the bathroom as soon as i checkedin. Informed the reception, then they came and removed

Room ambience is good. However, the washrooms maintenance is bad, they don't have generator for the hotel, so if there is a powercut you will have to use stairs for u til 6th floor. Don't get frequent hot water. There is no service for providing towels.

Plus : perfect neat and clean, reception handled well. Provided individual space to rest even it was co living space area minus: evn though they conveyed could not provide ac as booked but still it troubled the sleep due to weather and humidity. The alternative room provided was had clean bath area but smell was horrible. May the pipe line carrying dirts enquired for wifi. Stated that will be delivered on whatsapp but till end it was not.

Ac is not there when i booked ac room. They asked that ac room were so fulled. So i asked that he accepted cancel-led booked
