Thanks to make my trip customer care
I have booked an ac room but receptionist at the hotel has given me non ac and when i informed him that i have and ac room booked he told that it not possible and complain whenever you can, thanks to mmt customer care i finally got the ac room but the whole process took around 2-3 hours of my time

Great option for night stay
Room hygiene is good as per the price and the room size is also okay. The bathroom is clean but needs some maintenance in the water tanks, which gives brackish water sometimes. But overall i am satisfied with the room and service compared to its pricing

No ac in the room
Before booking it was mentioned that the room has ac but when i arrived there was no ac. Water was leaking from taps.

When i reached at hotel i find no booking in hotel after making so many calls to you and make my trip i got my refund
