This place is turning out to be a WASTE OF MONEY 1. There is NO HOT WATER for showers. Only a manual water heater is provided, which is unsafe and should not be allowed in hotel areas. 2. NO FOOD SERVICE is available on the property, and even a simple tea order takes almost an hour. 3. Service is extremely *SLOW* and *UNRESPONSIVE* . 4. *Wi-Fi* and *power backup are poor.* When the power goes off, you cannot charge your phone in the room — only one charging point in the common area is available. The backup works only for light bulbs, so Wi-Fi also gets disconnected. 5. There is not even a single dim light bulb in the room, which makes it very uncomfortable at night. 6. WORKING OFFICE CHALLNGE from this property is very difficult because there are no charging options in the room and no reliable Wi-Fi during power cuts. 7. No slippers are provided in the rooms. The common washroom is often dirty since people enter wearing outdoor footwear . 8. The biggest issue is management. The manager, *Abhishek*, is polite and listens to complaints but cannot resolve them, as he has no direct authority to take decisions.

I had stay in coliwo. Very ambient place. Neet and clean. All staff is polite and helpful.

Location is off the road. Property is not managed well. Could have been better

property is nice but not up to mark hygenic. Location is good you can explore the near by place for some street food options

3. The stay was pleasant, but the property lacked food services, not even tea was available. Additionally, the wi-fi was extremely slow, making it unsuitable for office work.

I never stayed here. Called up customer care as was looking for accommodation and not a place to work. The advertisement was misleading. Am very dissatisfied with make my trip. Was a wasted journey so far for nothing.

We got only washroom in place of private room as mentioned on page of hotel. This is totally a fraud and no refund will be provided against this fraud. Both hotel and makemytrip jointly doing this fraud.

As expected, the best place to stay. I spent 10 nights with a very good experience. I recommend to choose this as a regular stay as i always do.

It has been an amazing experience staying here. It's is extremely comfortable the staff is really nice and helpful especially nitesh dube, must visit for everyone to stay.

Staff is good and helpfull. Property is good and rooms are in good shape. Breakfast is available on demand and basic ameninities of kitchenette and washing machine etc are there.
