Great Location, Disappointing Stay
The location of the property was very good, but the rooms were extremely dingy. When we first checked in, we were given a room that had lizards and mold all over the walls and ceiling. When I raised this with the property manager, I was told it was due to the monsoons — which, frankly, didn’t seem like an acceptable explanation. We were then offered another room, which was slightly better, but the washroom was in a terrible state. It had used sanitary napkins inside and was infested with large red ants and insects. The overall experience was so disappointing that we decided to leave for Bangalore a day earlier than planned.
