Review Of Coco Lagoon by Great Mount

First when i checked in, i faced some issues, but the team addressed it well & took care for my comfortable stay. Appreciate their efforts to make guest feel comfortable & happy during the entire stay. Pro's Rooms were neat & clean Room service was quick Limited menu for indoor dining, but tasted good Well maintained property. Lot of outdoor & indoor activities Enjoyed the river walk & pottery making. CON'S Posting it as a suggestion for improvement The restroom in executive rooms are too small, in particular the shower area, water splashes into the dry area everytime we shower, the screens doesn't help. Expected a shower cubicle with glass door. So before booking the executive room, guests must be aware of this small restroom. Morning buffet menu can be improved, same menu on all days. Pongal kept on both days dint taste good. Overall a very good experience in resort, would love to stay in the pool villa next time if i get a chance.

Good place for family tourists with kids. A getaway from your devices , phones and day to day hassles. Calm and enchanting place. Few improvement points are there and believe it will be settled over the next few years

The overall experience was great. I booked for plunge pool villa and the room was really good and the ambiance around the resort is chill and well maintained. The staff members are super responsible. The only drawback is morning breakfast. The menu options are less and some food items could taste better.

ants in room, bathroom so conjugated that if some one will take bath entire bathroom is wet, they have curtains as separator in bathroom which is pathetic , size of bathroom is not even like 2 star hotel. my room was with dinner but they didn't give buffet, instead asked to take al carte, won't recommend this hotel to anyone Room has ants , they never do pest control it seems, bathroom is so small and congested, they even didn't have proper partition between bath section and non bath section, taking bath makes entire bathroom wet, they even have wet door mat even multiple time we asked they they changed it, dinner was not a buffet dinner it was alcarte which lead to food wastage also, won't recommend this hotel to anyone specially in rainy season, there is nothing which can be done, they have hi tea but there snacks they sell, they say that they will take photo as complementary then the photographer will say that more than 1 photo is chargeable and they take multiple photos so that people will buy from them, not a start hotel or resort I must say

We had a great stay. Staff was warm and welcoming. The amenities were good and delicious dining options, beautifully maintained pools, gardens. It is a must visit for anyone seeking relaxing getaway. Pool has been maintained so well. We have lot of gaming option for the kids.

The resort was overall good and comfortable. All the staff members were very polite and respectful, which made the stay pleasant. However, there were a couple of disappointing experiences. The small refrigerator in the room was not working, but the staff insisted that it was functioning as expected, saying it would only cool to the "very minimum" — which wasn’t helpful. Also, they did not allow my friend and his family to visit the room, which was quite inconvenient. A few improvements in flexibility and amenities could make the experience much better.
