Review Of Club Mahindra Mahabaleshwar Sherwood

I had a family stay at club mahindra. Staff is courteous and helpful. Food quality is good with ample variety. Property is situated in a dense forest and away from hustle and bustle. Construction is pretty old.

Very Dirty Bathroom & Showroom like Lodge room horrible. as per name Club Mahindra really disappointed 😞

Pictures of rooms shown are highly misleading. When pointed out to staff they were extremely rude and confrontational. Actual rooms are smaller than bathrooms at most of hotels. Please never book

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at the resort. Food was also very good. Would definitely like to visit again.

Without doubt number 1 property at Mahabaleshwar. Excellent getaway from hustle bustle of Mumbai. Went for anniversary with family and it was a memorable experience. View from infinity pool at sunset was just breathtaking. Special kudos to chef Suvarna who took our daughter for pastry tour and paid a lot of personal attention. Excellent!

Good location, good food, since the property is all most inside the forest its scenic and gets very very cold! Still there is scope for improving the decor of accommodation.

The bedsheets and blanket covers on the upper bedroom were blood stained. It was a nauseating experience.

Hotel location is nice. Interior of rooms are old for the superior room category. Stay was average. Breakfast was good. Worst part is wifi only at lobby area. Cellular network is almost nil. No wifi in room. Hotel management needs to add more value for stay is my suggestion to compliment the brand value of Mahindra

We went to celebrate my wife's birthday. Hotel staff was well behaved and helpful. Thanks MMT and hotel.

Nice place to visit and a value for money, other than tea I liked everything, food is also good. Staff is also courteous.

Rooms are not so cleaned as expected

Very impressive services, food, amenities and rooms. The price is definitely on higher Side, especially the food price.

I had gone with my family and I was totally upset with hotel management. Firstly, the food was really pathetic and the service was too slow. We stayed for 3 days and we got toiletries only on first day when we asked for fresh towels they just told we are sending but we never got. I ordered food in room and I got sour curd and dal was not at all hot I had to throw it Rooms are too old and not Worth. They have amenities but issue is that it's spreader so much and they don't have electric cars also so it's not feasible to use those. We took lunch there for 2 days and we were surprised we got bill of 24k and when we saw they had charged us lots of wrong things which then we revised Hotel and management really bad don't ever think of staying there it was complete waste of money for us.

Not recommended to stay at this hotel. Except greenery all other things are very bad.

Not Worth for the price! Over priced Dint like the stay! Rude behaviour of host and the rooms were dirty! Will never prefer the Club Mahindra resort ever.

My first visit to Mahabaleshwar and we stayed at Sherwood. Very nice location. If you have your own car particularly. Any car would do but a sturdy SUV would be better. The property is quite large. There are multiple small buildings located in their own quiet corners of a fairly well maintained jungle, complete with monkeys, languors, large squirrels and such. There are a lot of things to do, swimming, archery, so on. Or else get your favourite book and read in peace in one corner, if you enjoy that. Food is nice. Nothing extraordinary but nice. Staff is friendly and courteous. I went for 1 day this time. But the next time it will be at least a couple of days so I could do justice to the property.

Please don't book this resort if you are non club Mahindra member because you will be discriminated and sub standard room with dirty bed sheets. I was offered terrible room facing lonely road side on the pretext that good rooms are studio room. I declined that and opted for small 120 sq feet room facing the garden on first floor. Please note that there are just 10 rooms for non members, rooms which are located at corners whom nobody will opt for. My experience was worst. I request MakeMyTrip to take this resort out from listing on its website.

Not worth the price, as room was not spacious n far from entertainment area. A la carte was not at all good yet very expensive. Though hotel location is good but need renovation. I won't recommend some one.
