Actually it's located too high. Not a big issue though. Worth for staying. The views are awe to the eyes. U ll feel like staying in heaven. Best place and good food. Good service everything was good. Perfect stay

Property, stay, food and staffs all found good but the only thing i found bad is to commute to that location. Road is not that good and if it’s rainy season then it’s very tough to travel to that place.

Nice place if you want to party along with your friends and family. 1 km off road is little risky in man-soon season. Don't travel in night. Rest services and cleanliness is good. Food is average. Superb valley view.

The property location was good enough but the food and amenities were not upto the mark and also the services were too late and poor

The place was peaceful and calm. Reach ability during monsoon with a low clearance vehicle is a challenge otherwise its worth the price. Much recommended for friends and family weekends.

It was an exceptional experience staying at cliffotel. The location is extraordinary, offering an amazing experience with great hospitality. If anyone is visiting wayanad, this is definitely the place to stay, as all activities, including the digital bridge, are nearby. Food enthusiasts might want to note that due to location challenges, food options are limited. However, whatever they did cook was good.

Property is at core of kerala mountains in wayanad, amazing valley view and hotel is also clean and hygienic, food and staff is also amazing. Must visit place.

If you are looking only for a location, its the best place, but any other thing about the the place is disastrous, i wouldn’t recommend this place of they are providing it for free also, this place is a big no

We have booked cliff cottage view from the room is great but everything else in room is quite bad. Room was very dirty lots of ants everywhere. In night you cannot switch on the lights because of so many insects coming in the room even after closing all the windows and doors. Food was average.

Fantastic place to stay. No disturbance, good staffs and great food. Only negative thing is, they don’t have wifi. But, good that network is available in that location. I love the property.

Good 1. Calm and inside the estate 2. Food taste 3. Staffs disappointments 1. Frequent power shutdown (7-8 times in a day from 10 min to half hour for each shutdown) 2. Road to property is terrible. Around 2 km off-road difficult for small cars. Suv or 4w drive will be ok. Wifi not available as mentioned 3. Swimming pool is not clean 4. Ants and insects inside room 5. Small dining (need to wait if one family occupies) 6. Poor gardening. Not cleaned 7. More than half of the property is in renovation without safety gates. Need extra care if we bring children

If you want to relax with a group just want to chill and do nothing it's good place as there is a nice pool, trekking , bone fire etc.Its the ideal place. The place is good but not great to visit during the may month. It would be great to visit this place in winter with all the mist and fog.The attamala view point and glass bridge is 1 km walking distance from the hotel. So morning goers can just take a pleasant walk through plantations. It's bit of small trek to the view point and glass bridge. It's good stay with a group, but with family it's not that great. You will think twice if you want to go out for sightseeing from this place. For kids not much on tv as most of the channels are blocked About the property its ok maintained, with still construction in progress. The place is difficult to reach with the last 1 km with no road. So best for office roaders. Rooms are clean and neat. Clean towels and toiletries are provided. The swimming pool is in the other property around 100 m so you have to walk to other property. It's well maintained and clean. One suggestion is if you have pool you should have some towels as well. Service is slow. If you order something it takes lot of time. Understandable as it's a homestay but with few options it should be faster. The service person is polite and smiling. Food is good. Mostly it's freshly made. But the issue is it takes lot of time.So people eating early make sure to order well ahead. The host sinan is very pleasant , smiling and helpful person.

1) Hotel located in an remote area with poor network connection and they are not providing WIFI connection facilities. 2) Access road to the hotel is very bad, you may need off-road vehicles to travel. 3) AC in the room was getting cut off every 10 minutes due to voltage issue in the hotel. 4) Food served during the stay was good and tasty.

Except the place, the facilities are not good. I stayed in a cliff cottage but the rooms are not very clean. No wi-fi. Food is horrible. Coming to butter milk and lassi, i never had such a horrible drink. Pool surroundings are also not very clean.

This is a perfect place stay with amazing view and sumptuous food options. The property is on a cliff which gives a completely new feel. Property is well maintained with cleanliness. All rooms are good. The staff members are polite, helpful and very particular about their service. Check-in and check-out is hassle free. Bonfire and barbecue options are the cherry on the top. Ample activities are available nearby the property. Special mention to bap i da for amazing meals and to sana for such an amazing experience overall. We would love to visit this place again.

The stay at cliffotel was smooth. The helper sinaman was extremely proactive and made the stay very comfortable.

Location, caretaker, food is awesome, no complain on that, only challenge or request to owner of cliffotel, please repair the approching road.

We went here for a weekend and the experience was simply amazing. Property is well maintained and caretaker/ manager is really nice. You can really try this place once for a beautiful view and relaxing experience. Definitely will go again with family.
