Poor Stay
Door lock was not working. Staff refused to clean room on same day of check inn. Although they provide me early check inn without charging me anything.

Average stay at Clark inn Express Dehradun
Property location is not good ( connected to a small road with plenty of potholes) though it’s near to parade ground and railways station. Food was average. Breakfast is also average with limited options.Room is spacious. Service is average and you need to ask for each and everything.

nice and comfortable
very nice hotel.location was very convenient just in front of cross road mall . shopping place and paltan bazar is just 5 mins away. neat and clean room.size of superior room is big. food is also tasty.staff is good and take care of your stay nicely.slightly over priced but very comfortable stay for family.

Nice Hotel For Tourist and Business Trip Room is so clean, neat and tidy. Service was good as well as food quality very good.

Good Stay
The room size was comfortable to accommodate 2 adults.Bathroom and other facilities were also up to date. Facilities included inhouse restaurant and parking. Restaurant food also tasted close proximity to a shopping mall and couple of food outlets..overall pleasant experience.

Average experience
It is not worth the price. I booked by mistake thinking I am booking for Clarks Inn (similar name). But Clark's Inn is much better than Clark's Inn express. Reason for rating low- 1) Security- I came back in night and there was no security guard at parking. I was able to park car in parking and come up via lift without anyone noticing me. 2) room size and bed size was small and no extra bed provided even though I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids

checkin was easy and room was spacious clean and neat ,what atrracted me more was washroom because it had all the kits and towels but its side mirror was broken and there was no face tissue paper kept .Housekeeping was good and breafast in morning was lovely and staff was reallu courtious...

businessI had a pleasant stay at Clarks Inn Express, Dehradun. The hotel offers a comfortable and clean ambiance, making it a great choice for travelers. The staff was courteous, and the service was prompt. The rooms were well-maintained, and the overall hospitality was commendable. The only drawback I noticed was with the MMT fixed menu plan( for second meal Dinner). The waiter staff was quite rigid about substitutions—if I didn’t prefer certain items, they weren’t willing to replace them with alternatives. A more flexible approach would enhance the dining experience, as a fixed menu should still allow some level of customization based on guest preferences. I hope the management considers this for future improvements. Overall, a good stay with scope for improvement in the dining experience. Would recommend it for its comfort and service!
