Property is excellent, food is also good breakfast is awesome, service is good ,all staff were supportive ,only thing is room seepage ,swimming pool good ,sports gym and table tennis ,pool game enjoyed a lot, suggestion staff should be more so that service can be improved ,but overall satisfied .

The service of this resort is terrible. They were under staffed. Not satisfied with the service of staff nothing was on time.never book this property again.

Rooms were very dirty,fungus everywhere on bed sheets.receptionist doesn't know how to talk to customers

Had a great stay at Citrus prime resort, Pachmarhi. Food was so good that even after returning I’m craving for that same food. Overall a perfect stay for you and your family/friends. Will definitely visit again.

The staff was not very helpful. They were very lousy and just because the weather was good. The restaurant AC wasn’t switched on during breakfast. The food was cold and staff wasn’t very attentive. No doubt the proper is pretty. The pool is very nice and was clean.

I had to wait a lot in the hotel reception as the internet was not working. After that the room was good but the facilities were very slow and not up to the mark. I had to call at 1 o'clock in the night and tell the staff to turn off the woofer as very loud music was playing in the room in front.

The property location is good. The weather was good over. It was a quiet and relaxing place for vacation. The food was good in taste. We booked prime suite of their property. Only drawback was the service. It was a bit slow. Overall experience was very good.

The cottage was having foul odour from the washroom drain. The air conditioning was not working properly.

If you are coming to panchmarhi, Citrus queens hill resort is really a very good place to tay. Super location , good services, food tasty and staff services and behavior is really good. very good experience.

Good ambience , cool place to stay. Food quality is also good, warm people. Insufficient staff numbers to maintain such an excellent property and quick response to customer. Scope for improving neatness and cleanliness of swimming pool. Required Fans or coolers at Restaurant.
