Poor Stay

Rooms are okay with many non functional switches / bathroom exhaust / no proper floor mats etc. The amenities like pool, game zones are in terrible condition and there is no kids playing zone. Need a major overhaul of the property. In totality it was not worth the price paid. Recommend to consider some other properties

The room was clean, good and clean spacious. Food was also good, ambience and environment of resort was amazing. Pool water was not that clean. One problem with my room was that, some switches were not working properly and electrical sound was coming from them

There's no toiletries in the bathroom, no restrictions on people drinking, playing loud music outside there room and hotel staff dont even stopping them for doing all those stuff

Food good. Room spacious Staff good. Little bit problem due to rain for approaching to rooms due to muddy road. Nice swimming pool Good room having spacious, great swimming pool, excellent food, WiFi facility. Only muddy road due to rain was problem. In some room water leakage through roof observed. But, staff changed room immediately.

Got such a greast deal at affordable price. The services and staff were so good and polite. And the breakfast specially. Tho it is bit far from panchmarhi but was spacious. Hopefully looking forward to stay more in future. Beforehand i thought it might not be good than moustache, but was was highly satisfied in comparison to mustache panarpani.

Hotels are too good to stay with family. Good service by hotels management. Curious about all your concerns and issues. Good with forest and natural enviroent make a mind wow. Cleanliness with great gardens. Food and service in restaurant is too good. Great and unforgettable experience ever.

This place is awesome for a weekend trip. The rooms are clean, and the staff, especially ajay and ranjeet, are super hospitable. The place is surrounded by nature, so it's really peaceful. I'll definitely go back again!
