Terrible Stay
nobody was present at the property and I have to stay in another hotel at midnight , I called Make My Trip customer support and they assured me to refund my booking amount hope MMT will do this as early as possible

familyMaintenance is very poor. Water seepage in the roof. Dirty linen, pillow covers and towels were provided. No basic provisions in the toilet. For foods, you have to walk for 5-10 minutes.

I paid 3k for per room ( 2700 for two people + 300 extra person. I found the price is on the higher side considering the room are simply average, no breakfast offered, some lights don't work, furniture didn't open or close properly, the kundi was broken and some lights were simply not working. I only chose this hotel because it was nearest to the marriage hall that it. They should definitely think fixing above issues.

Property is too old. They have deducted breakfast amount but not given breakfast. Even not given water bottle also. Very bad treatment given to me.

Terrible rooms
Dirty linen, smelly rooms, dirty approach road. Overall the rooms are not even worth 500 rupees a day but they are charging above.

Stay was good and the room was clean.
For the amount what you pay i think it suits better the only thing wifi is not there they told but it has mentioned when i was booking the room. On th whole it was nice to stay here.

Good experience
Staffs were co-operative, in general stay was ok. We did not dine or eat at the property. Only request is to maintain room some more clean and repair leaking wash room.

Experience was ok.
Positives: spacious rooms 3-4 people can easily be accommodated hot water available steel cupboard with safe there is a book cafe on the ground floor which is nice to spend time. Prime location proper lighting in room breakfast, lunch and dinner available from 4th floor at extra cost towels and soap provided lift available negatives: switch board not near the bed. Tv was not functioning

Good if you just need a shelter for night
The room is not luxurious as would you imagine as in house stays …the towels and all linens would be black and not washed properly …. Continuous leakage of water in bathroom …..water facility is common in the lobby …….not so clean a room……not recommended for comfort and luxurious stay …..but if you just need a roof for the night…..it’s good

Though the distance is far, stay is safe & good but we have to inform them to clean the rooms and change the linens everyday.
