Good experience, my go to place as solo traveler in Pune. Weather was also good.

A very good experience. Rooms are spacious with hot and cold running water. I like this place as it has restaurant in the building so as I travels alone I don’t have to go outside to find drinks and food. Food , location, services are good amenities can be improved a bit.

The staff was polite, and the bathroom was clean. Bed is in excellent condition. TV, Hot water shower everything was good.

The location is on the highway with a Bar adjecent to it. This causes discomfort when you are with family. Once inside the room, it is fairly clean. The basic amenities are maintained.

Great place to stay, wonderful Katraj city, amazing hill side houses, eagles spotted low level, Great bar upstairs, food is awesome, take away is satisfaction.

dirty rooms, lot of mosquitos , no napkin , soap and oil available. reception don't pick up the call. food is good. no amenities. rude management

Not worth of money in account of hygiene and facilities. Room hygiene is ok but property is old, can get better options in same price

Only good thing about the stay was the rooms are near and clean. And hot water was available for bath. Negative: jet spray was leaking shower gel was empty landline not working the apparatus available in room to heat water for drinking is perhaps not cleaned since days.

They never let me check in and was refused entry to hotel

Hotel is clean, bathroom, cot and bed sheets maintained well. Receptionists are very humble and polite. Worth stay.

Third class accommodation, ac not working, slow response to customers on call, poor service, glass broken of windows, no provision of hot water, room rent check in check out time worst for customers, non married couples entrance unwanted etc

It's a decent facility in this part of pune, but we faced issues with the bugs. We had to change our rooms, but still the issue persisted with other rooms as well. Having said that, this is slightly better compared to other hotels in this area of pune

Its was amazing stay staff was too cooperative and sweet. I will love to visit their back for one more trip.

Good place to stay, clean place, hygiene, service were good.

I had booked the hotel by going through the amenities provided in for entertainment tv was included but when they had provided me the room and the tv was there but it was not working so i had to call the reception for tv issue then the issue was not solved and they changed my room and same issue was there the remotes were not working then again they interchanged the batteries from ac remote to tv remote this was so irritating as i had already checked in late and on top of that they were just wasting my time then on other hand there room was not hygienic the room was full of cockroaches because they had not cleaned the bathroom the dustbin inside the bathroom was full of dirty was had a foul smell and while using the bathroom the cockroaches were roaming around i am facing the problems

It’s a grand place for cupels & friends for party or any thing else. But i stay in room number 207 and this room ac is not working properly so only one thing that’s not good so i ratted 4/5.

Breakfast was worst ! even i paid for the breakfast they charged for the water not had a smooth stay the amount i paid was not worth at all

I went with my family. They had car parking facility and the stay was comfortable. All staffs were good and the food was delicious.
