Review Of Chithrapuri Heritage Resort

I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to Chithrapuri. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory due to a noticeable internal communication gap among your staff. This lapse not only affected the comfort of us but also reflected poorly on the hotel’s ability to manage unforeseen situations. What was particularly concerning was the poor handling of the situation by the senior management. Surprisingly, it was the receptionist who showed more presence of mind and managed to make us feel somewhat comfortable, something that should have ideally been addressed by the higher authorities. I sincerely urge the promoters and management to look into these communication issues seriously. Rather than discussing internal shortcomings in front of guests, I believe it’s time to establish a structured and professional system for handling such situations more effectively.

It was a very nice experience. Authentic kerela structure with full facilities. It has a restaurant that was amazing.

Hotel external is superb , it is like a traditional Kerala house called naalukettu , hence maintenance is very essential to make the stay excellent. The way external , landscape is maintained would be good if rooms are also maintained with same elegances for the charges done. For pure vegetarians the hotel can be a bit shock. Bar attachment with the hotel makes it like a normal commercial local hotel . However I would give a good marks for how they maintain the external and appearances

Need to hire professional employees and provide training for existing employees especially those are in night shift

Experience is average but the property Iocation is good but No breakfast is available even though we booked for it

Lovely charming heritage home. Comfy bed, good shower and clean room. I enjoyed the dinner a lot and staff were very attentive and helpful. Lots of mosquitoes though in room- could do with a good spray to clear out
