I 've stayed here a lot of times but when I went to stay tonight, there was no one there at the reception, I had to wait for a while, because it was at night, the reception staff may be asleep, but it's okay, it's because the staff wakes up I don't know I was not at all satisfied in their approach. I have lived there a lot of times but this is my first experience, The room is okay, but the bed sheet and. Blanket were not neat. I have photos of that., the restaurant and food are good, some of the reception staff are very good.

Everything is fine and there is no coffee shop and it will start from 7am.For drivers they need to give accommodation (dormitory) but here it’s 1000 chargeable for one dormitory bed.

Now here’s the plot twist: not only did your team fail to apologise after being proven wrong, but they also acted like accusing guests without evidence is part of the standard checkout process. Impressive. And just so we’re clear — the towel in question? It was of such stellar quality that even a roadside tea stall would think twice before using it as a floor rag. So the idea that someone would want to steal it is not only insulting — it’s laughable. If this is how your team treats guests, I genuinely worry for anyone staying there without photographic proof of their innocence. Pro tip: train your staff to check before they accuse, and maybe — just maybe — apologise when they’re clearly wrong. Until then, rest assured I’ll be recommending your hotel to absolutely no one. The stay was quite pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the quick responses to my queries. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, a good experience.

Room is reasonably big with all basic facilities. Bathroom is very neat & clean. Restaurant foods are quite tasty, friendly staff. Very good budget hotel.

Rooms are not upto the mark for the rate. The breakfast they are offering is poor. Quality of food is not good and selection is not possible. If anyone book room should avoid food from there. I think for the booking rate it's not worth.

Clean, well-equipped and spacious rooms. All amenities are working. The spa was excellent. Staff was very accommodating with all our requests, considering we were travel-ling with a toddler.

It's a best place to stay near ottapallum, having good spacious rooms even though i opted for deluxe queen. Having good parking facility and good staff behaviour. Resturant is average, but you have lot of options to buy it from outside restaurant.

Located in a pleasant area and boasting a well-built property, however, that is where all the positives end. After a long drive on the eve of onam, the harvest festival of kerala, my spouse and i checked into the hotel on august 28th, 2023. Anticipating a delightful vegetarian traditional dinner and with no plans to dine outside, i inquired about the dinner arrangements. The reception informed me that i needed to place an order at least 30 minutes in advance. Therefore, i placed the food order at 7 pm. However, by 8 pm, no one had arrived, prompting me to inquire at the reception once again. Since nobody had arrived by 8 pm, i decided to inquire at the reception once again. To my disappointment, i was informed that the food was being cooked live and would take an additional 10 minutes. Eventually, the food was delivered at 8:15 pm, but it seemed to have been brought in from an external source as it was cold and had an unpleasant taste. One of the dishes was excessively salty, rendering it inedible. Despite reaching out to the reception, i received an unsatisfactory response regarding their previous claim of "cooking live" this experience left me feeling disheartened, especially since i had been eagerly anticipating a delicious and satisfying meal. Anyway, i decided to inquire about breakfast for the following day. The reception informed me that breakfast would be ready by 8 am. The next day, at 8:10 am, i made my way to the restaurant. To my surprise, the restaurant was closed, with no lights on and no signs of any staff present. Confused, i returned to the reception for an explanation. They apologized and informed me that breakfast would be ready in the next 10 minutes. I took the opportunity to go back to my room, change clothes, and retrieve my luggage. After approximately 15 minutes, i returned to the restaurant hoping to have breakfast and check out. However, to my disappointment, nothing was set up and it appeared as though no preparations had been made. I felt frustrated and inconvenienced by this situation.
