Excellent resort, good parking spaces, and beautiful scenery from the hotel. But it is very costly for the offseason also. And even there food is also costly. But the food is good in taste. Please work on your price for the offseason and weekdays.

Average Stay
we booked the room with jaccuzi. Had a bad experience with the jaccuzi as the temperature in Bhimtal was cool and we didn't get hot water. We tried calling the housekeeping staff but they failed to provide us any solution. don't book jaccuzi

It was one of the best boutique hotels I have ever been to. Rooms were very spacious , neat and clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this property for couples and family.

Average Stay
The location of resort is good, have very good cafes near by. Food was good. Amenities average, room size good. Services quality on lower side. Had to call multiple times for basic things like extra bed, extra pillow, towels.

Good Ambience
We stayed at bird house without balcony rooms.It was decent . Ambience of the resort is beautiful. Lot of activities. We played TT, and did cycling and little bit of archery. Ambience wise great. Service can be better, like room service , inclusion of morning tea served in room into complimentary breakfast etc.

Location is good, Resort is comfortable and peaceful, Food was good ,.(Just had a buffet dinner) However more options can be looked at. Breakfast spread should be better ( basis the menu i heard) Overall, if I visit bhimtal again, I may consider this place as one of the potential option for stay..!!

Better upkeep of rooms needed for this birding haven
We had used Chirping Hill Resort for the first time. What we liked about the hotel were its location, large compound with mature trees that attracted many Himalayan birds, and its polite restaurant staff. The room and washroom upkeep weren’t to our expectations. The room bedside light didn’t have a shade and the washroom smelled strongly of drainage. The food got to be repetitive after 3 days but it tasted fine. We might use the Resort again mainly for its bird watching possibilities. Its housekeeping staff and the main Manager ought to be trained on high quality cleaning and quality checks. The Manager has to involve himself in the hotel upkeep 1-2 staff members could do with some basic training on the names of flora and bird life of the Resort compound. Bhimtal and Sattal are blessed with good bird life that the Resort staff needs to be made aware of.

This is a beautiful resort. It is way more beautiful than what I expected. The food is not too good in taste rest everything is super including staff, the room and the quality of service. I will visit here again for sure 🤩
