Review Of Cheerful 3bhk villa near the beach

Owner kicked us out 1 day prior by cancelling our booking by accepting two bookings at the same time interval. Unclean living quarters, with no functional amenities. The location given was wrong and took forever to find the place. Owner was rude over the phone forcefully vacated us from the place and offered no proper arguments for the sudden eviction.

We wanted an independent yet safe for girls accommodation so when i checked on mm t this property met all our requirements. But when we actually entered the property it offered more comfort than we expected. Secure location good staff.

Review 1. Property/location- the villa and surroundings are good. Location is perfectly placed near the beach. 2. Facilities- living room a/c was not working. Hot water non-availability. Found a cockroach and few red ants in one bedroom. 3. Housekeeping: the caretaker was rude. The cleaning was done only once in 5 days. Towels not changed at all during stay. The kitchen has broken and chipped vessels, insufficient spoons, cups, bowls. 4. Service : service was below average. The caretaker does not turn up for cleaning/laundry. No one is bothered if u are staying around.

No wifi, no Tv, ac remote faulty, only one geyser in bathroom, caretaker is not very affective at solving problem, the third bedroom is an attic

It was a very good stay. It was spacious and everything was really accessible. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends

One of the a/c were not cooling the room. Geyser in ground floor washroom was not there. We had to wash our own utensils even after having a caretaker. No tv (not mandatory but good to have) pool was not at all usable.

Had a very memorable stay and totally enjoyed. Will certainly look forward to go once again and would recommend the property

Our stay was good. The house is very spacious with two big rooms and one loft room. The room on the first floor comes with a big balcony. The proximity to the beach is good and the place is set in a gated community with easy access to surrounding areas. The only cons were that the ac and fan were not working in the loft room and the ac wasn’t cooling in the hall. The kitchen cabinets and wiring around that area were not good and the interiors of the house seem a bit worn off with the wallpaper peeling off. However, the interiors weren’t a big concern for us so it was okay. The owner was responsive on call and messages.
