1 or 2 room in hotel are in working condition. Only groung floor is operating. Other floor and terrace are out of service.

Average hotel. food prices are quite high, comparing with quality. Tandoori plater description mention in menu and item supplied are totally different. Even ice is charged. Hotel staff are indifferent to complain.

Its good property! I ll recommend to come with friends as there are big rooms. You can checkin anytime.

Very pathetic service we stayed there for two days no management at all receptionist behaviour was very rude no manner how to talk with guest, intercom also not worked, no network in tv, bathroom was awful, poor hygiene and its fill like guesthouse not a hotel. They have a fixed menu for breakfast and only few options like pauva, paratha and sandwiches thats its and you can choose only two options for breakfast. First we booked another room from thats was awful after thats we transferred to their sweet suit after extra pay but their so called “ sweet suit “ was no intercom, no sanitation, tv not working and many more things. Very pathetic experience don’t recommend at all.

Great location, scenic view and staff was very nice and supportive (mahendra. Accessibility was good to and from all the places (fateh sagar lake, pichola lake, city palace, market etc)

The location of the stay was one of best at fateh sagar lake, rooms were pretty good, hospitality was another level.

People there not concerned about hospitality. We had to ask to change pillow covers and blanket covers which were unclean. When we arrived there was no water, tea coffee sachets cups as if they were not expecting guests. After paying we felt like staying in an unclean dharamshala room. Bathroom, buckets were dirty, washbasin was dirty and all the water leaking. People talking loudly just outside our room shouting with no concern for guests. We are shocked. We had stayed in udaipur 15-20 times but this was so far the most unpleasant. We would have left if were not to leave early morning next day. This is no way to treat house guests. No ventilation in the room. We forgot to take pictures. This stay was not even worth half the money we paid

I stayed at the location with me family. The property's location is beautiful with lake just outside the stay. The rooms were very clean and ready by the time we reached. Food was also good and staff can do the customization as per your needs

Great lake view location with superb vibe

Firstly the location of the property is excellent. The lake right in front of you and the rooftop dining is a added bonus. The menu needs little more variety and maybe the cost price can be re-calibrate. Rest the entire experience here was great.

Pros: location is great morning walks on far-sh sagar lake were great. Cons: expensive for the level of service offered. Don't take breakfast / meal options they don't have great options for breakfast and what they have is neither good quality nor healthy. We had to follow up with staff for cleaning up tables every time. We booked a deluxe room and i was suspicious they gave us a regular room. They were not upfront with what is included in there breakfast menu. Also no no veg option. Sometimes last nights plates / food packets is left on table till 11 am.

the lake view is lovely

Our stay was here for two days, every one working there is very helpful and also the owner. Food was very good we ordered soup dal tadka jeera rice, breakfast too was very good. Room were clean. When you're staying here you'll get nothing to complaint about.

Property location was very good and rooms are also good but washroom is not up to the mark and no hygiene and cleaniness is there and seen many cockroaches also in washroom and in room also. As well as breakfast is also not provided in time. Time punctually is not there in food. Average stay not up to the mark.

This homestay is right opp fatehsagar lake. We checked in at night around 10:30 pm hence did not feel the need to get the room cleaned next day. As we were out for the entire next day. There were tiny cockroaches in our room, especially the bathroom and a lot of naphtha lone balls were placed for the same reason i guess. The host was gracious and the staff was excellent. They have a rooftop cafe. The food was delicious. The only problem was the cleanliness especially of the bathroom.

The location of the property is very good with the serene view of fatehsagar lake, we booked the lake facing suite room it was very spacious and comfortable. The owners are very helpful and cool. Mr raghvendra (owner) seems to be very down to earth and helps in every aspect to make your stay comfortable. They even have a roof top restaurant with live music on weekends. Food is delicious. Overall the stay was very comfortable and pleasing. Will definitely stay here again when i visit udaipur
