soloI stayed in this hotel for two days and my experience was nothing short of terrible. The room was in a poor shape with dirty/stained bedsheets and even dirtier bathroom. The staff doesn’t put any amenities in the bathroom and there was a used shower gel bottle in the room (probably of the previous traveller). There was a lot of mosquitoes and the staff didn’t even care to provide me with an all out even after multiple requests. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I hope they work on their hygiene standards and staff training.

The place was not at all like the pictures shown. We booked two rooms and both of them were on different floors one of them being on the ground floor right next to reception making it so uncomfortable. The sheets were not clean, the bathroom faucets were leaking, flush was not working properly, there were no toiletries in the room, we got the toiletries when we asked for them but even they were half used! overall it was definitely far far from what is portrayed! one thing that was good was the staff person rajendra, he was sweet and helpful and tried to help whatever he could!

Ma'am sorry for the inconvenience you had but the toiletries were kept before your arrival and about the flush issue I requested you for the keys so that the issue could be taken care of. As we had bookings before your stay so we could not address the problem on time and you only told that it should be done after your checkout.

The homestay is good at this budget. The rooms are clean and all amenities provided. However do not expect any room service as this is a homestay. Not ideal for family visits
