very good place management is too good

bedsheed dirty bathroom dirty hotel from inside dirty cigarettes smell everything was very very dirty

I had a very disappointing experience at this property. When I arrived, the bedsheet was extremely dirty and full of visible dirt. It was so unhygienic that I couldn’t even sit on the bed. The entire room smelled bad and felt unclean from the moment I entered. When I informed the staff, they told me there were no clean bedsheets available at that time and asked me to wait until evening or even the next day for it to be changed. I had booked the room for two days, but the condition was unacceptable for even one night. I couldn’t stay there and had to immediately change my hotel without receiving any refund. It was that bad. When I requested a refund because the room was clearly not as promised and not fit for stay, the staff refused. They simply said if I didn’t want to stay, I could leave, but they would not refund any money. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Overall, the property was not maintained properly, the hygiene standards were very poor, and the staff was unhelpful regarding basic cleanliness. I would not recommend anyone to book this property through MakeMyTrip until they improve their cleanliness and customer service standards.

I stayed in this hotel for two days and my experience was nothing short of terrible. The room was in a poor shape with dirty/stained bedsheets and even dirtier bathroom. The staff doesn’t put any amenities in the bathroom and there was a used shower gel bottle in the room (probably of the previous traveller). There was a lot of mosquitoes and the staff didn’t even care to provide me with an all out even after multiple requests. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I hope they work on their hygiene standards and staff training.

We stay in here room and we use kitchen & dining so we pay to extra pay for use to this area so i suggest dont use here restaurant area. If you use this area you make charge for using area

It was fine not too good to stay as per family

The place was not at all like the pictures shown. We booked two rooms and both of them were on different floors one of them being on the ground floor right next to reception making it so uncomfortable. The sheets were not clean, the bathroom faucets were leaking, flush was not working properly, there were no toiletries in the room, we got the toiletries when we asked for them but even they were half used! overall it was definitely far far from what is portrayed! one thing that was good was the staff person rajendra, he was sweet and helpful and tried to help whatever he could!

The room was neat and clean the support staff was supportive and also the location as well as parking area was adequate

The homestay is good at this budget. The rooms are clean and all amenities provided. However do not expect any room service as this is a homestay. Not ideal for family visits

Nice location and staying there

Ambience was good, staff was well mannered, manager was cooperative and nice property.

Stay was very comfortable and food quality was equally good. The property was very hygienic. Highly recommend.
