Review Of Casa Dream The Resort & Spa

It is far from resort, it is just another average 3 star hotel at max. They have mentioned many services like spa, jacuzzi and all but when you ask they will say it is currently not available. Rooms are very old and not maintained. Restaurant and food quality is below average

The resort has a nice location but is not maintained well. The room was not very clean. Restaurant seemed semi-functional so we decided to skip meals there and had food outside. It seemed grossly over priced for the kind of stay and the service.

Excellent stay, best place for family vacation. Enjoy the view with delicious food. Very humble and supportive staff. So many options for kids.

Room service was very poor. In bathroom hanwash bottle empty. Mean no supervision in morning water supply. Not in bathroom

Excellent stay in a specious clean maintained room with panoramic view of himalayas. Foods are really good and no single complain. Staff behavior - a real example of atithi devayo bhaba. Any request to staff get that done immediate basis. Hotel manager, i asked if he can arrange someone to clean my car. He could not able to arrange so he himself clean my car. I got surprised and feeling bad, but he is completely normal.

Location is great & easily accessible by car. Nice view of himalaya. Rooms are good but bath rooms are bit old. Food was ok. Staff is polite & supportive.

Nicely located and excellent views and hospitality. Need improvement on washroom cleaning otherwise rooms were spacious

They had an event which caused lot of noise and discomfort. I booked for two days but left after a day

Perfect place to chill out in mountains. Lawn area is so much fun for kids. Service was quick & polite staff. They upgraded our room free of cost. Rooms with balcony with 180 degrees view of himalayas. Lots of apple & peach plants all around the resort. 10/10 in all aspects.

Extremely congested rooms, no proper ventilation, zero privacy, no air conditioner, no fan, no heater, from evening 5pm till mid night 1am loud music. Can't even sleep, terrible nuisance. People get drunk and sing loud till morning 3 am. Food is below average. I don't recommend this place to anyone except for partying groups.

The room was good in terms of size and himalayan park view, but the furniture placement was insufficient and mismatching. The dinning quality was just okay though the outside view was wonderful.

Liked it and loved it. I was there during our Holi holidays with my family n booked 3 rooms via MMT. Check in was smooth. Rooms were ready and their Hospitality was fabulous. I observed during our stay that some guests literally make fuss of anything and they do intentionally just coz they paid the stay. Seriously guys we loved the stay n best part was their food which was ultimate. All the staff was very courteous. They have a huge parking n lots of children playing area... Just one service missed as their spa n massage staff were on leave. The best part that they arranged a birthday cake for my spouse n decorated the room on a very short notice. Thanks Casa for making our stay memorable ☺️

Excellent resort. Well behaved staff, hygienic environment, good food. Everything is good what you can expect from a top class resort. Location is great as it is located on the top of mountains.

Further delay in availability of hot water. Dirty cushions

Had a very great experience of staying in this property with good staff and kudos to the chef for such a wonderful meal. Loved the place and its surroundings , do give a visit🙂

The location of the resort is good, good for family

We visited in off season and were mostly the only guests in the property. The staff was very helpful and attended to all our needs. The property is beautiful and a must stay if you are visiting around
