They charged extra for early checking also service was very poor not getting towel and t.v also not working washroom also not clear

The rooms were not clean at all, AC was not working properly and the behaviour of staff at reception was very bad.

Dirty rooms, dirty walls with seepage, dirty bed, no lovks on doors, ditry yellow toilets, you even have to ask for soap or water. Terrible, booked the room for my house help who had come from himachal, even he said the stay was aweful.
