I’m writing this to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent hotel booking through your platform. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I am genuinely pissed off. The room was filthy, with dirty linens, stained walls, and a horrible smell i am sharing the pictures. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and absolutely unprofessional. This place was not safe, and I felt completely cheated and uncomfortable the entire time. I trusted your platform for quality listings and customer satisfaction, but this experience has made me seriously question your standards and screening process. This was not just disappointing — it was infuriating.

they are running hotel inside a pg.not much professionalism even housekeeping was ordinary had to ask for everything literally be it towels,water or toiletries. even common area not too clean and garbage lying for long time in dustbins. will not recommend such a place for short stay.its basically a pg where they are trying to run a hotel as well inside
