Unprofessional Staff and Dishonest Advertising
I booked this hotel expecting a comfortable stay, but my experience was far from it. The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, making even basic requests feel like a burden. On top of that, the hotel's advertising is misleading - the amenities and room quality shown online did not match reality. What was promised simply wasn't delivered. Overall, I felt unwelcome and deceived. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for honest service or a pleasant stay.
