The lift was working very slowly. Front office person was not there, we tried hard to contact him for anything. Daily cleaning was done but toiletries was not sufficient at all. Parking was not so friendly at all.

never recommend
stay was bad... there was lizard in the washroom... cockroach was roaming in dining area... the main gate staff was not helpful at all

Good stay for solo traveller
Stayed at Boulevard hotel Chennai during solo business trip for 3 nights. Very good location in Phoenix market city itself. Plenty of shopping and eating options around. Convenient to travel to business districts of Chennai.

hotel is good. but it's inside Phoenix mall so its takes time to find the hotel entrance. there is no separate entrance. if they make the entrance separate it's very convenient for person coming for first time.

Average Stay
Location is excellent right in the Phoneix Mall premises. Complementary buffet breakfast is monotonous, everyday almost same variation. Deluxe room (wing Roop) is picturesque at first glance, but washroom is not properly functional, well marked sign of lack of maintenance. Room is spacious but would be much better if there is some open space or table to keep daily utility items. Overall experience is average

Most comfortable stay
Stay is very comfortable. The staff are professional and cooperative. This is my third stay and I'm surely coming again.

Not upto the mark
There was only one lift. Reception at the third floor and it’s confusing. I booked double bed but they provided two single bed

they charged extra for the third adult though we paid full amount online
Only good thing it’s inside the mall. We paid full amount for 3 adults through MakeMyTrip but they charged extra Rs.2500 for the third adults. Lot of maintenance required in the bath area hand shower holder broken, toiles push buttons broken and food quality they’ve to improve. I strictly don’t recommend this property to anyone.
