I was expecting too good according to price, but sorry to say this was too bad.

The place is close to vrindavan temples and in the old town. All basic facilities are available and the host and staff is helpful. Nice place to stay for pilgrimage place.

Have made a reservation with mmt, took train from delhi to mathura, reached hotel by cab. Hotel staff declined check-in and asked us to cancel l booking. 4 days has been passed and even after multiple attempts to get my grievance resolved, mm t has not done anything yet.

Nothing good to say only this property as a simple residential place without any proper service. Unh6genic atmosphere.

Staff was cooperative and greeted us well. Place was clean

The owner not if he was the owner was very harsh, he feels if you are staying in his hotel then that is biggest mercy he has given to you in this world. No breakfast at all, he gave me one biscut 10 rs in breakfast with 1 small coup of tea once i request him to give the breakfast as i pay for that. Next day he said we only provide breakfast one day only. No room cleaning in 2 days. Once the time complete before 15 min he keeps on knocking the door to leave the hotel asap. Also he stop the gizer service as well rest is your call if you are deciding to go and stay there.
