Stay was nice Rooms are very comfortable Hospitality very very good Food is pure vegetarian and taste is homely We all enjoyed in swimming pool

So, I felt there was a bit of sleight of hand. Where I stayed was on top of their kitchen & restaurant at Jungle Chai Cafe and Resort (Google the location) which is on the main road and has none of the facilities that has been advertised. The main property which has the swimming pool and the. gym etc., is 1.5 km away. Where I got to stay for nearly Rs 4,000 was a metal roofed shed with no amenities (called the Jungle boat). No attached balcony and no washbasin the bathroom. It was the worst experience in terms of expectation vs reality Now for the good part. The caretakers were really caring and the food (South Indian) was really lovely. Their care made me really feel good

Nice home stay with good ambience , this is the place where nature meet peace, care taker rajasekar was nice and arrange everything on time. Homely food with good taste

blue hill lotus holistic wellness village is smartest villa.. service also very very requested & good response.. couples perfect comfortable resort.. decently once again another visit of that villa.. make my trip also very easiest & fastening booking resorts.. thak you for make my trip 🤝

Geo location received is not valid, that routes to off road without any direction. I doubt if that could be improved, but worth to highlight that helps family to be prepared and enquiry the roads while passing the village. Contacted hotel executive, and they surprised that temporary removed their hotel in makemytrip as the premises only for family and wellness center. Shocked to hear that in the middle of the forest. However, he politely said that will check and confirm. Took around 15-20mins to revert us on confirming our booking. Big relief for us. Again, too many conditions like no non-veg, only family allowed, and so on. Maybe we missed to look those terms in the makemytrip while booking. Would be nice to highlight such terms before booking, as everyone will get a chance to read all terms. Another surprise from hotel executive, dinner has to be pure booked. Since, we never received your booking, we can’t serve dinner. Next towards room, though it has 4 or 5 beds for 3 people which is not really required, but necessary things like kettle (considering hills with chill climate, toiletries are not available. Next day morning, we received toiletries for only 2 adults, not for all. Never go to this hotel again, and will never recommend to anyone as well. Thanks!

1) if you booked through make my trip then the hospitality is less compared to direct booking. 2) food is good quality only veg, 3) thinner 4) bedsheets are provided it wont suitable for cold fog climates 5) additional bed was requested but not provided. 6) location and swimming pool are worth for money. 7) i think l4 room type is not suitable for families its located on top most floor on open terrace.

I will give 10/10 for this place. If you’re planning for a peaceful vacation then this property is the right choice. Caretaker Sabari was so friendly and available at anytime to provide the top most hospitality. We spend two nights and will be visiting again in coming season. Highly recommended and plan to visit sirumalai on December, the climate is awesome 👍🏽
