Review Of Bennies Inn

It was not a pleasant experience. Tried to contact the property so many times immediately after the booking was done, to inform /request that. an early checkin none of the numbers were reachable. there was no response even from eMail sent.On reaching at Benny's Inn, the staff said they are interested aware of the booking, but later contacted the property owner and confirmed stay. But the approach was indifferent and not pleasant. Checked out on the same day . The location of the property is excellent. Not very happy in terms of facilities, as my first interaction at thefront desk was not pleasant. Since it was a too short stay I didn't experience food.

Located in city center near seemaati round about Shastri road. Just 2 km ride by auto from railway station. As there is no restaurant in Bennies there are many nearby in walking distance. Morning coffe is provided by hotel. You can order food online swiggy and zomato. The rooms are very neat and spacious with tv in full working condition. Toilet is very neat and clean and the matress is also very comfort. As there is no restaurant I have a suggestion to Bennies to provide an electric water kettle, tea bags, sugar and spoon in the room so that coffee/tea lovers can make their own in the room. This is my third stay in Bennies and I really love it especially the location. The staff is very kind and helpful.

the room wasn't good to use and we were forced to stay there because cancellation was not available

Very poor maintenance, when the room was first opened had an unpleasant smell, no drinking water in jug, torn bedsheet, 1970 model TV not working condition (later fixed on complaining) and a manager with an attitude...unpleasant stay..

Very bad experience in my life rooms are very dirty very pathetic staff behavior also

In that 1 Room A/c not working and another one is lot of muskitous are there complete night I am not able to sleep it is very horrible experience and in one room hot water is not came very bad experience for me and my friends

At the reception at the time of check in they asked for voucher. Voucher was not downloadable. Hence, i couldn't check in. My advance payment to makemytrip was not refundable. I lost money and i couldn't check in.

I booked for a non ac room and i complete the transactions too. After that i just call them to conform the stay, and they said its ok. But when i arrived there, manager is not there and one front office staff denied our stay and said us to switch to ac room with almost double amount. He said that no non ac rooms are available there. Then i show him that i booked it early. But he continued his rude behaviour. After a long argument he calls the manager and that manager allowed the room. This is the most ackward and rude behavious i faced ever. That staff make us more tired and he make us emotionally down. Rooms are pretty good but that front office staffs have disgusting mentality to ruin your day. Worst experience ever.

Air condition working not properly

My stay at this hotel was disappointing due to poor cleanliness. The bed sheets were dirty and stained, and the room had a musty odor. Though housekeeping eventually replaced the sheets, there was no apology or urgency. For the price, I expected better standards. The overall room maintenance was also lacking. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until they improve their hygiene and service
