Worst experience

Not at all good. Maintenance is worst. Poor house keeping facility. They must be cleaning washrooms in a month or so. They dont have in house restaurant or anything and they charge very heavy to provide you that service. Not at all recommended.

It is our routine to clean the complete room including washrooms on a daily basis. On investigating the same with our housekeeping staff they have clarified that your room and washroom was cleaned daily as well. I was in touch with you daily and inquired about your stay with us but nothing negative was mentioned to me so that I could take necessary corrective action as required. We do not presently have an in house restaurant and this is mentioned on all the portals and our website. familyWe stayed at this cute cottage, it's got basic amenities. It's right in front of the beach. It's for people who are looking for exploring outdoors and just parking at the beach for breaks. It's not for people who want luxury. We found it cozy and comfortable.

familyWe stayed at Beach Bay Cottages for three days, it's excellent if you really want to enjoy clean and less crowded Beach, it not near the Beach, it's on the Beach. You could here sound of Sea even when you are in your cottage. It's a small Beach but you could find all water sports and activities here. Cottages at this place are well maintained and staff is excellent and very friendly. Only thing is they could improve on kitchen but again not a big deal as you get tons of restaurants nearby. In all, we enjoyed our stay there.

Close to airport nearly 5km away from it. It would be good to book on arrival/departure. Also, cottage is closer to beach. Front desk was awesome. Worth of money.

I stayed there for a day. The place looks good but not maintained properly. No amenities and no restaurant. There were bugs all over the place and foul smell

The place is ok for group of friends but it's highly expensive. The staffs were good and the hotel is strict no to go with family.

It was short time stayed in the cottage. But the time we stayed felt the cottage not comfortable. Smell in the room, not that cleanliness. But the customer care was good, still need to change the dormitory with new items and keep clean.

The staff were good. The place was not green as pictured in the photos. Being fully made of coconut fronds, the rooms had absolutely no natural light. Apparently there were creepy crawlies living between the roof and the false ceiling. I spied a gigantic lizard, thankfully as we were checking out.

Very impressed with location

Nice location of the hotel with good space and awesome cottage theme. My only concern is regarding the maintenance of the hotel. Otherwise, everything is fine. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Who likes to stay near to the beach can book this hotel, you can even hear the tides wave of the Arabian sea. I recommend couples to stay in this hotel for 1 or 2 nights. Thanks.
