As we can see you made a booking through MMT, The checking date which was 8/4/24, according to the booking tariff, you opted for a basic room but on reaching the hotel, you demanded for a room upgrade and willingly opted to cancel to MMT booking and made a physical booking at the reception. After the cancellation of MMT booking, when the refund was not given to you by MMT, you demanded a refund from the hotel which was not possible, sence, no money was recieved on behalf of the your booking, Hence, it is not likely to blame the hotel for not receiving the refund, Also the hotel is 300m to 400m from Marhala chauraha which is a walking distance just contrary to your claim.

Receptionist was not at all friendly. They don’t have restaurant, not even plates for having food inside hotel. Location is far so getting food from swiggy and zomato minimum takes 60 mins. Room cleaning was not at all good. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. In drawer there was empty drinking bottle which they should have cleaned before giving room to me. They don’t have drinking water itself, if you ask for drinking water they will get it from outside and will charge 30 rs i. E. More than mrp. Overall it’s not at all worth for even single penny. I would not recommend it to anyone.
