New property. But little bit unknown place. Found difficult to reach. Neet and clean rooms. Wash room god with hot water.

Hotel was terrible there was no ac there was no drinking water facility there was no staff. This hotel room was not worth of rupees 2500- per day. There was no gst number

The property was good as well as hospitality and the view of the hills from the property was incredible. I would love to visit again. Nice to stay in atulyam residency. Thanks for having me here.

It was average, no pickup or drop services provide we had to wait an hour for the room to be cleaned and for our cab also which was later cancelled

Worthy
familyAt first we found it difficult to locate the property. We were traveling from kalpa that day and it was raining and shimla's traffic added upto the difficulty. They have free parking and it is really very close to mall road. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The property is relatively new and they said their cook is ill. So we had to have our food outside. Otherwise it was good.
